I said it before and will say it again Gerry Ryan should have gotten the job! Embarrassed to be Irish, wish I was American.... feel ill after seeing that
No thanks on the Gerry Ryan front... Woulda been just as awkward, only with more innuendo and slobbering.

Any chance of us evolving bigger penises, Professor Dawkins? Preferably before the night is up, I'm goin home to lamp the wife girlfriend out of it after this, wheh wheh wheh !

Tbh, alongside Cowen, Dawkins could have been one of the better guests on this show. If Tubs wasn't dicking around with the Nolans & Co we could have had some serious questions/debate with Dawkins. Instead Tubs decides to go for the shock factor and asks questions specifically to ensure a famous personality debunks catholicism to a predominantly catholic audience.

    In other words, me cock.
Absolutely. Completely wasted opportunity, I wouldn't blame Dawkins if he gave RTE the finger if they asked him to come back after that embarrassing, awkward interview.

With that being said, such a debate would be well above the heads of the majority of the audience that are sitting there tonight.

    Bloody hell!!

Was at a wedding earlier and my 79 year old grandad fell asleep half way through his dinner, he then proceeded to lose his false teeth.

To denay anything Dawkins said is stupidity. But, certain nations just are not ready for this. If I was Dawkins, the last place i would give my theories is Ireland and the middle east.

    But the evidence is there.

    Richard Dawking.

I'm surprised that RTE would let this scientician on the Late Late Show. God help us, some people may be easily impressed by big words and fooled by a peculiar voice. Not me!

I wish he would 'relatively' disappear up his cosmic 'black hole' and take his message of 'evolutionary' intolerance with him!

I don't know how Tubridy is going to handle the interview if he has to wait for Dawking to slowly key in his responses. It's going to be car crash television!

I can only hope that some of the intelligent studio audience gets a chance to interrogate this charlatan. To show Dawkings what real common sense in Ireland is!

    The missing link?

You think America is more open to non-creationism?

I like how the majority of the audience aren't getting Jimmy's jokes.

The most terrifying part is that the very same people will be on our roads going home tonight :(
