I was wondering could anyone help i was giving the following off a builder.

Tiling allowance of €2,750 including Tiles and Adhesive
    40 Square yards of porcelain
Kitchen Splash back of 8 Square yards
Downstairs bathroom 9 Square yards of wall tile 4 yards of floor tile
Ensuite bathroom 25 Square yards on walls 2.5 on floor
Main upstairs bathroom 25 square yards on walls 4.5 on floor

Labor for tiling supplied by %%%%%%%% building contractors Ltd

Will i be able to get good quality tiles in that budget, he already has his own kitchen tiles which are good quality, any help would be apreciated.

    Hi Nial.

I have my own ways of dealing with these budgets.I only fit tiles around the shower area and basin in the ensuite allowing me to change the color scheme.

i find right price tiles ok for porceline.

My final feeling on the budjet is if your money can stretch get exactly what you want... Tiles are there for a long time and bad ones show through

sounds like a good price - i'd say right price tiles is your best bet saw a price there today for 19 a sq yard and normally the tiler will charge you about 16 a sq yard to lay it and about 10 or 12 per sq yard to lay ceramic tiles.

Now I have a question, can you lay that plugin underfloor heating stuff in the adhesive under the tiles
