Has anyone been following this show?

Its about 4 Poker whizz kids, who have played the highest cash game stakes online, set on an adventure to make $2 million in 2 months via live and online play. They are very well known throughout the online poker community so its very entertaining to watch.

I can't see them making the goal of 2 million but its still a enjoyable watch non the less, really funny in parts.

I love this show. Emile and particularly Ansky are absolutely hilarious. Latest episode was by far the best imo.

edit. "emile" is whitelime btw, just read over my post and thought it was funny how I referred to one by their real name, and the other by their screenname.

Anksy needs his own TV show for DEF! I loved the arguement about the speed of light vs clicking your finger in the latest episode, I couldn't stop laughing at him.

Ansky's just signed for DC if I'm not mistaken. No huge surprise I suppose with Krantz and Whitelime already there (literally, owning!).

Yup, that speed of light argument is exactly what made me describe him as hilarious. I was laughing for five minutes straight after it.

Then he proceeds to get drunk and party for the rest of the episode, while everyone else is doing there bollix in and getting all emotional to the camera.

Its quite entertaining to watch. The Leggo crew came of quiet bad in the 3rd (i think) episode. Luckychewy seems like such a social retard.

Ansky and Krantz seem okay, whitelime and flawless also seem to be missing something.

Despite that I quite enjoy watching it. The TV editing I'm sure makes them look alot more nerdy than they are.

If you haven't watched it, check out http://www.deucescracked.com/robusto with Captain Zeebo.

I watched one episode, thought it was terrible tbh.

Haha yeah, the Leggo crew came off really badly.

The TV editing definitely loves making Whitelime look nerdy as, I love the close up shots of him right after hes finished speaking to a girl, focused on him just sucking on his straw really loudy. Always makes me chuckle.

Bunch of gimpbags imo but oh i wish i had the money they have :(

bunch of social retards who all seem to have a mild form of autism which is why they are so good.. however i'd prefer to have my social skills rather than their poker skills tbh

ha yeah, i get the feeling that whoever made it wasn't a big fan of whitelime, seems like they're doing their utmost to show how strange he is.

i think it says a lot that aejones didn't seem to think they did and that he thought chewy actually came off pretty well.

I'd agree with the social retard comment. Ansky is funny at times but at the end of the day, there absolute gimps.

Their attempts at pulling birds is the only reason to watch it...........such glorious tips of the 3 lads such as talking about genetics or their protein deficiencies.

It's more the "they have a mild form of autism that makes them good" part that I was getting at. Just seems a bit like soar grapes to me!

As for the "social retards" part, well they might'nt be as cool as the party animal, porn star banging, leather jacket wearing legends on the boards poker website... but social retards? Seems a bit harsh to me!

not at all.. i've never tried to play poker fulltime and have no desire to do so.. i like drinking more.. people having mild forms of autism is really common.. i know a guy who has asperger's syndrome, used to be in my programming class in college, he is extremely good at programming and will likely make a lot of money doing it.. he is like a machine.. systematically excellent.. complete social retard though and freely admits it

Well, not to nitpick, but you first statement "i've never tried to play poker fulltime and have no desire to do so.. i like drinking more.. " seems to suggest you can't do both. Well if you watch the show, Ansky gets wasted every night. Also Stu Unger didn't seem to have too much of a problem doing both, or Ziigmund (I could go on).

Admittedly I haven't analyzed their personalities as deeply as you have, but I'm sorry "complete social retards with autism" seems a bit like name calling to me.

If you were put in front of a camera for the first time in your life when you were 22 and told act entertaining for two months, you mightn't come across as cool and socially skilled as you think you would.

I'm sure if you recorded Irish 22 year old males trying to pull in a club in Vegas, 95% of the time it would be equally as cringewordy. Except in Ireland of course, there is no chatting up, wll at least none of the coherant nature - It's just get blocked and shag.
