Special Maintenance grant, 2009/2010.

I have been awarded a grant for my post grad, its around 3,300e ish, [1k less than my last grant for my BEng.... seems cutbacks in full swing] Has anyone received the special maintenance grant, circa 3,000e extra top up? If you received less than 22k in the 2008 tax year you should qualify? Thanks.
