Register upgrade for call credit?????

Hey, im having trouble trying to register an upgrade for call credit (vodafone)..when all info is inputted including imei number and i hit save the following shows up ERROR PP-BP-40. Any clues? I thinks it happens quite commonly tooo other people..ara ill try here for answers..thanks :pac:................G
