Paths Around House - Labour Cost

Hi Im based in the west and looking to get paths laid around the house (its 13m by 10m). Does anyone have an idea of how much the labour cost would be for this (or how many man days). The drains are alreaqy in place. I have been given one quote of 1400 including supply (loan) of the timbers and am not sure if this is too…

I paid around 1500 to have the footpaths shuttered and ramped (wheelchair access) around the house + garage. We have around 70m's of footpaths.
