    Anyone know whats the story with blacknight and their 24/7 support

    ive submitted an urgent request for support and have got nothing back, my heads wrecked.... the site is down after migrating from another host, probably take them 2 seconds to sort but i havent heard anything....

    also went trough the knowledge base but found very little
