Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks,

There is a 2 inch blue square on the centre of my monitor, showing a white padlock thats opening and closing.

My cursor goes under it so i can't click on it.. It doesn't seem to be interfering with my use of my PC at all, its just blocking the centre of whatever I'm doing.

Anybody any idea what it is, and how do I remove it, please.

    Slainte

    Is that it?
I just found this link, perhaps following the instructions on THIS page will sort it.

Best bet would be to check all the buttons on the monitor. Some screens have a button lock function to stop stuff from popping up on screen, one of the buttons could be jammed causing the problem.

Thanks a mil lads, I think I'll go with Alan the mod's solution when I go home, (I'm in work right now!). The step by step method suits me as I am a 3 year old when it comes to technical stuff!

I'll post you tomorrow night with the results.

Sorry Paul this didn't work, though it looked the best bet.
