Test kit for paints containing the lead

Hey Anyone know where to get a kit to check if there is lead in the paint? Wallpaper seems to be around 40 years old and green paint found underneath. Was it only in oil based paints that u could find lead in, or interior emulsion as well? Would it be better to just plaster/skim over, rather then going thru all the…

Hey

Would it be better to just plaster/skim over, rather then going thru all the washing/filling/sanding/priming etc.?
