Kitchen Extractor Fans

In my kitchen i have a 30 year old Xpelair extractor fan which doesn't working very well. I need to get something better. The Xpelair is wired to a switch on the wall and the opening hole is 10 inches in diameter. Could anyone recommend a new fan in bricks and mortar stores or online. tia
