Hey, I need to get some new bleaching powder and peroxide. I've tried Sallys but I need one of those cards that say your qualified. In terrisales on abbey street do you need a card also, or can you just buy what you need?

If you need to know so urgently why don't you just ring them?

I think you'd need a card.
