unlocking blackberry storm 9500

    hi all
    i got a vodafone blackberry storm that is locked to the vodafone network but im not with vodafone so i want it unlocked as im on meteor network i have tried the places in galway that unlock but no good also bought an unlock code of net which i never recieved any ideas what i can do ????
