Hello, I am just enquiring to see does anyone know where I could dispose of empty shotgun cartridges as I have two large bags of empty shells?

Remove the plastic and place in your green bin for recycling, save the brass until you have enough weight to sell it to the scrap merchant.

Why don't you give them to a range where they shoot skeet and/or trap? They will probably give you about $.02 each for them.

If you have no skeet/trap range handy, then drop them off at any pistol/rifle range and they will take them.
