    I bought a smoothie maker recently, so i was wondering does anyone know any smoothie recipies?

    Buy bags of frozen raspnerries and other berries. Aldi do them cheap, and all the main supermarkets stock them from time to time. Much cheaper than fresh, and just as nice!

    I like mine with milk, banana, berries and some oats. I use a normal blender.

    Frozen berries are great, full of good things and you can get lots of different kinds and they don't go off. I use natural yoghurt to make my smoothies, sometimes thin out with some water and often add in a tsp of organic cocoa powder - goes great with any of the dark berries.
