Hi folks

Which do people reckon is the best blog software, with the following requirements:

1) PHP + MySQL backend
2) Install on own server, not hosted, in order to maximise traffic to the site
3) Easy integration to show updates within an existing php-based site
4) Easy customisation (minimum : specific graphics; maximum : add menu and integrate site "look") WITHOUT IMPACTING ON EASE OF UPGRADE

I know it might be a bit obvious but I'm sure Wordpress pretty much ticks all those boxes, easy enough to customise with Mysql database.
