Anyone know when the N52 Tullamore Bypass is due to open? Also is the N52 Kells Bypass due to open before the entire M3 scheme?

The Tullamore bypass is due in Q4 2010 but should be open long before that. Rumour on the n52 thread on the offaly forum said September 20th but obviously not.

My prediction and Guess is for November 2009. Its pretty much complete, lines painted on some parts and all or nearly all of the signs are up. The link to the N80 "Western Relief" road looks to need a bit of work on it.
