Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Seems to me like a dodgy card, have you tried any others?

Try formatting it and see what happens.

its a Kingston 133x elite pro, and i dont have any other CF card so i cant check

I've tried formatting it loads of times already, its really very annoying, i dont even know what happened its was my little brother that did it. I think that he took the memory card out while it was on and he was looking at photos

That shouldnt really make a difference I dont think, but you could have a nice reliable card that all of a sudden stops working for ya, they dont all last forever so I recommend getting another card. Maybe there is someone nearby who will let you try one of theirs to ensure thats the problem before you buy another.

Seriously, check another card, only way to be sure. New or secondhand?

the camera is second hand, the card is new. i think my friends dad has a nikon d80 or something, does that take cf or sd?

I dont think so to be honest, I can be corrected on this but as far as I recall it is sd.
