My Lady friend bought me my Metallica Guitar hero and promptly fell in love with it, I then picked up a wired Rock band guitar and we were playin well together. Then my crazy wee dog chomped the cable so tis screwed, just wondering if anyone knows of somethin special in a wireless controller, limited edition etc I could get her?

I'd suggest you get either one of the Beatles Rock Band guitars, they're pretty much the top of the line when it comes to plastic guitar controllers

They look sweet but I thought the wireless rockband controllers didn't work with guitar hero at least not on 360?

smiths had the old wireless rock band guitars for €25 not so long ago. To make it special you could do what i did and remove the scratch plate and steal your gilrs nail varnish and use to spruce up the scratch plate
