    Hi all,

Seems a good idea to get a log together so heres mine....
I hope to get to around 180 lbs as I am currently at 208.
It would be nice to be at that weight for XMas - so 2 lbs per week should see me right.
I would also like to lose the moobs and belly and maybe tone the upper arms a tad.

    here goes.

    20/09/09

    5k jog

5 k brisk walk later with herself

    21/09/09

12km each way fast bike ride ( commute ).

    22/09/09

    1hr bootcamp fitness

    Keep up the good work!!

    Good job Rob.
Have you thought about maybe doing more resistance based training to aid in the fat lost?
