theres a 'recover' slider up at the top you can use to save/bring back some of the highlights in the sky

theres also a highlight slider(grouped with light, dark, shadows) down further for adjusting curves

you can also bring down the green levels easily, or change the hue(shade) of green under the above mentioned sliders

You can also change hue, saturation and luminance under the HSL tab (under tone curve section on right) you may need to click on it to expand it. I would use these quite a lot, for example, dropping the luminance of blue a bit can help bring out skies ;)

/Note: I was messing with some filters, and then some 'extra' processing gave this effect !!

I know, I cant change the font size or position in Lightroom, I dont have Photoshop. I upload some photos to deviantart and people there can steal them, not worried about losing money, I dont know I just dont want anything taken no matter how **** or how good it might be.

    Its an EF 135mm f2L

Nothing special and I didn't even take it, but it was taken with my camera. And as you can't see faces I hope it's ok to post it here.
So just in case you didn't get a chance for a smile today...

I quite like this one when I look at it large. Perhaps it's not to everyones taste but I'm quite happy with it.

(Edit - Does the framing help or should I lose it?)

Like the shot / not gone on the frame but mostly I don't like frames for showing on forum threads. Ironically sometimes on a web gallery I think frames are good.

Any chance of sharing the location? I had a shot in mind for a location exactly like this recently, I had to make do with the closest I could get and the results didnt match the vision in my head.
