Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Beef farming in Northern Ireland

    Just wondering if anyone is up to speed on beef farming in the north. Do Beef farmers in the north get as much sh%t with factories pulling prices at every opportunity and what is the factory-farmer relationship in general in NI.

    Also, do NI farmers get the Single Farm Payment or is that just in our little patch down south as opposed to an EU scheme.

    Would like to know how profitable up north is compared to us here.

    I am doing a project for Ag Science Leaving cert year which needs to be in by Friday so please drop a line on the thread if you can add anything.
