Nokia 6300 Muffled voice quality

    Myself and several colleagues have recently started using Nokia 6300s. Nearly all call recipients are complaining about the muffled quality coming from the phones. This can be rectified, temporarily, by rebooting the phone. The problem never appears when using handsfree. Firmware version is 07.21. Anyone else experiencing this?

    might be a bit of dust stuck in your mic or it might be faulty. i dunno if they are easily replaceable on the 6300

    This problem is on as many as 20 different handsets amongst my colleagues, same problem, same temporary solution...
