McLean Property Management Company-anyone have any experience?

I recently got a letter from the above offering to take over from our management company - who is the builder!!-, McLean talk a very good game so I'm curious to know if anyone on here has any experience of dealing with them and if so how did you find them? I find it hard to believe they'd be any worse than what we are…
