I actually just started on thursday but believe it may be the best invention ever....
(expect to see a bit more of me on this)

I'm still learning a lot about the game so not sure if i'd be up to the standard(struggling with transfers) but if you're looking for numbers?

    East Coast Tinders

I look forward to being beaten blue

Are we almost there now with the numbers ?

Let's get this kicked off early if we can.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,460 ✭✭✭Orizio

One short. Hopefully we'll get it by the weekend, and I'll try and input the fixtures then.

Tournafulla RFC will be happy to make up the numbers if nobody else wants the last slot.

Can't take your second team Dave.

Still short, could do with a few back-ups as well, so hopefully 3-4 more...?

When is this planned for gents? Instead of playing it early and clashing with the cup perhaps we should wait a few weeks?

What about those of us who go on a little run in the cup! ;)

Want to get passed round 6 this time, but depends on the draws really!

Should I assume that we will not be ready to start this week 1 of S7? I want to make sure I can go ahead and schedule a friendly outside of the Boards.ie cup.

    Thanks,

    Eire

That would be nice yeah, but, to plan ahead I guess it'll more likely have to go with the majority, otherwise we'll have people using up precious LTNT on the boards cup around playoff time etc.
I dunno anyhows, just suggesting it'd nice to have a bit of a run at the main cup alright :)

It won't be starting for another few weeks, as again we are still short, and I want to give people a chance to accept fixtures.

I've been busy the past few weeks but you can stick me down in reserve now if you want

You have a point actually. We should really call them pools rather than leagues.

    <scurries off to fix website>

On that subject, can ye take a look and see is there anything you would like to see added to or changed on the cup site. Probably best to get any changes done now before it gets active.

Techie people, please don't look at the source code. Just take my word for it that it's absolutely dog rough.

  • Registered Users Posts: 165 ✭✭Eireannach

I think the site looks great. Thanks for all the hard work!

Site looks good - I like the background. one little point when you changed the names from league to pool you didn't change the names in the struture section.

I like the links to each team so we can spy nice and easy! :D also noticed I am in the pool with the top winners from last year....:(

Anyway good work on the site Dave!

+1 on the great work on the website. The links to each team was an excellent idea as said above.

Pity I missed out on the sign up for this but there's always next year.

Yet again, put your name down, you may get in as an extra. ;)

Well, put Grubber RFC down as a back-up/extra then! :p

  • Registered Users Posts: 165 ✭✭Eireannach

Do we have trophies for the cup? It doesn't appear that last years winners received trophies.

    Eventually...:p

I'm bogged down with study right now, so even gettting the fixtures done is difficult.
