Playlists on Sansa Fuze?

I have a sansa fuze 8GB is there anyway to create playlists outside of naking a go list?

It supports those playlists you make through WMP if you set the fuze to mtp mode....it also supports .m3u playlists (most common playlist format outside of itunes)... but i don't own a fuze (if i did i'd make sure it was running Rockbox btw) so don't really know the ins and outs of the gadget.
