Dell Refund?

After a month and a half long wait my laptop has been dispatched and is due on monday.. unfortunately I no longer want it and will return it to Dell for a refund.Has anyone had experience of this, how long do you think it will take for a refund to be issued after the Laptop is shipped back to them?

getting a refund quickly from dell is like fishing for crabs in a cabbage patch. not gonna happen. had issues myself a few years ago. expect it in AT LEAST 3 weeks, unless you're one of the lucky ones
