Hey, at least Dan has the right idea! He's the kind of person who buys a drawer set in Ikea but skips straight to the last step in the instructions and just does that one.

IIRC Charlie only does that weird moonsault thing with his foot in MvC or something. In other games where he does it (if he can?), it's only a jump in attack and not a projectile. And since it's MvC, it's MvC. Heck Ryu and Ken had an air hado in that game, and lots of other ****.

In short, **** MvC, where everything is possible :P

On topic, Guile's third costume looks cool, Sim's looks cool but sooooo stereotypical, but Fei long's kato costume is EPIC.

ps3 one is great tbh, its different and character fit well

xbox one is terrible

The PS3 and PC ones do a decent job of standing out from the crowd, I guess. The XBox one, however, is a bit of a trainwreck. But whatever; it's not like these games are going to sell on the merits of their box arts. Capcom hardly feels the need to make them too flashy.

The PS3 one is the Jap boxart.
Xbox is North America.
Last one is Euro box art.

Euro one isn't great, but at least it isn't as bad as NA. I'd love to meet the person who is paid quite a high salary to design this professionally.

Jap is the best by far. It would be a bit better though if it had 1 more new character replacing an old character.

Someone made the hilarious comment on Kotaku that the bottom of the American boxart looks like a conga line :pac:

There's footage from the trailer of Guile threatening to send Bison "straight to hell" using the in game character models. I'm pretty sure eith Guile is Bison's or Bison is Guile's.

... That said, if shadow charlie wasn't just a rumour... that'd be a tough choice for me. especially if they gave him more alpha like timings and hit boxes (seriously, if I get jabbed out of a FK again...)

But Guile's links are somewhat stupidly strict, it's pretty hard to do them consistently (cr.jab >> cr.strong, cr.jab, cl.st.strong etc)

I'm working on them at the moment. I've gotten clk clp cmp xx fk a couple of times now. Punishing harder has been indentified by a few people as something I need to do.

There's loads of posts on SRK in the Guile forum about playing Guile is like using a sharp knife- if you're precise, execute well and are well trained he's a vicious weapon, otherwise you're just going to hurt yourself

I can't see it, but I think you're talking about the US PS2 version. The European version is pretty much the same as the arcade flyer.
