Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Keeper guilty of moving goalposts

IFK Goteborg goalkeeper Kim Christensen could be in hot water after moving the posts during a Swedish first division game in order to make the goal smaller.

The Danish goalkeeper was caught by TV cameras pushing the posts toward each other before a match against Orebro.

Referee Stefan Johannesson spotted the posts had been moved a few centimetres about 20 minutes into the game and pushed them back into the right place.

Christensen later said he had done the same thing before several other games.

He was spotted using his feet to push the bottom of each post slightly inwards.

The Swedish Football Association is investigating the incident.

"I have never heard anything like this before," said Swedish FA's disciplinary chief Kheneth Tallinger. "It's unique."

IFK Goteborg drew 0-0 with Orebro and top the table on goal difference with just a few weeks of the season to go.

How the hell did the referee spot that they had moved a few centimetres just by looking at them?!

The game was on live here in Sweden ! Youtube link below. think the sequence in the clip is wrong though as it shows the ref fixing first and the keeper changing after which is obviously the wrong way around. Has to be the worst cheat ever, worst as in useless. :)

At the start of the match the right goal post was in line from the halfway line with a cute blonde, after 20 mins it was in line with a 24 ston brown hiared dude?

Well the letter of the law clearly states... err, nothing about moving the posts.

He was interfering with playing equipment, same as corner flags and the like. So its probably bookable. Would take a brave ref to do it though.

Having watched the clip, the uprights would have been closer at the bottom than the top, and so were spotted. Still need decent eyesight though.
