Does anyone have any links to any of the debates on Lisbon? I checked out the Today FM ones that were posted earlier but the quality was quite poor. I came across this one
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEOFTz_Nnas
but would like to see the full debate, as opposed to just the No side. If anyone knows where to find it please let me know.

Try not to get sucked in by the emotional music in the background.

    Interesting points:

he's not backing up their material he's reading them.

He just continues to same misconception that lisbon = EU constitution.

Love the title of that video "What RTE don't show you". Especially considering a number of us watched this debate live over the RTE website a few weeks ago. There's a thread on it somewhere around.

It was most noteworthy for Farage's inability to tell the truth and rather than responding to a question from a Monnet Professor (Brigid Laffan) he attacked her character and job completly ignoring the points she made.

Farage made a fool of himself and did more harm than good to the no campaign in that debate.

"Undecided voter" posts 2 videos, both unsurprisingly from the No side.

    Video of debate

    Accompanying thread

EDIT: The debate is also still available on the RTE site, so they're not trying to hide it on anyone.

The link above with the Danish (I think it is) MEP suggests that Lisbon = 95% of EU constitution.

Thats Jens Peter Bonde, former Danish MEP, renowned Eurskeptic and Libertas' man in Europe. Not very trustworthy with the truth.

And it's no secret that Lisbon contains most of the reforms that were in the EU Constitution. The parts that the French and Dutch objected to were removed. They weren't objecting to whole document. I presume you don't believe that (for example) article 1 - 250 should be scrapped because people have a problem with 251.

I'd say most people have no problem with 95% of Lisbon too.
