Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would prefer to see this one without one of the holding midfielders, but that's not going to happen.

+1 i'd like to see Gerrard drop back into the middle of the park with Benni getting another chance playing behind Torres with either Babel or Riera on the left but as you said the probably won't happen.

    We don't do draws anymore.:)

Hull will be stubborn enough but I expect to see Liverpool to win comfortably though.

Hope to see a bit more of Masc looking to play killer balls through to nando, he seems to be well able and either inclined or was told and with Torres looking a whole pile better last week, there could be a few goals for 'pool in this game

2 evenly matched teams. Hard to tell.

I'm expecting an absolute hammering here. 4 or 5-0 methinks.

1-0 Kuyt rebound in 88th minute or 4-0.

Facts which might suggest a betting angle or two

    • There have been 25 goals scored in the last five meetings between these sides

    • Liverpool have had 57 shots on target this season – more than any other top-flight side

    • Hull have committed 103 fouls this season - more than any other team in the Premier League

    • Liverpool have never conceded more goals in their opening six Premier League games than they have this season

    4-0 Liverpool

I'm just hoping that its not a 3-2er or something like that. We really need to stop conceding goals.

Would like to see Lucas get a goal

Reina, Insua, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Lucas, Gerrard, Riera, Benayoun, Kuyt, Torres. Subs: Cavalieri, Voronin, Aurelio, Kyrgiakos, Babel, Mascherano, Ngog.

I fully endorse that team selection

Looking at the confirmed starting 11, it seems a very attacking line up.

With any luck that will translate into goals as Hull are woeful at present.

    Reina

    Johnson
    Carra
    Skrtel
    Insua

    Gerrard
    Lucas

    Kuyt
    Benayoun
    Riera

    Torres

Good line up, no need for Lucas/Masch MF, the fact Rafa didn't pick that paring when he could have speaks well for the season. Lucas must be quite happy as well!

Nice line up to start it with, reckon Babel needs to be getting a couple of games in a row if he is to come on.

Internet streams are not 'ghey' :). Ive watched 37 league games last season online and over 30 the year before without a single penny donated to sly sports. I will catch the 90 mins again today online.

Gonna go out on a limb and call that insua will score his first today in a 4-1.:)

    Well what do ya know!?

Delighted with that line-up, all out attack. Hoping for a handful of goals in this one, go on the reds!

Yea im also wondering what ur using because most streams are never stable

Yea, sopcast and tvu. That will usually cover every liverpool game. I find them the most reliable.

Any link you click onto without a software client is usually rubbish. They are great for 5 mins until the server gets overloaded. Sopcast is seamless for me all the time.

I lost my stream, whos fault was it for the goal?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 22,905 ✭✭✭✭Handsome Bob

    Bollocks. It was Skrtel Podge.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,560 ✭✭✭✭Kess73

Watch the replay. Skrtel is by his man who beats him in the air, but watch Carra running AWAY from Giovanni and looking like he was going for the same ball that Skrtel was trying for.

Comedy defending yet again. It has become a serious problem at this stage as it seems to be happening at almost every game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,588 ✭✭✭daithijjj

    Skyrtel has started shocking today.

great stream on sopcast (channel in the sticky)
