Had to make use of the 3 year warranty a few weeks ago on a laptop that was only just within that 3 years by no more than a couple of weeks.

The ram basically died on me. Phoned them up (on a sunday  ) laptop was collected 3 days later and returned 7 days after that.

So big thumbs up from me on their support.

For the pc you link to it seems ok but bear in mind the cost of a monitor if you dont have one

    Thread on same PC

Thread on very similar PC (CPU, RAM and Graphics Card the same)

If I was in the market for a PC right now I'd definitely get it.

Im seriously considering getting this pc but im afraid the graphics card will be disappointing. Does anybody know if it would be possible to buy a pci-e graphics card (say a gtx275) seperately in the future, and upgrade the pc myself? It seems to give no information about the motherboard.

I'd say they're all gone at this stage.

You can replace the card that's in that PC no problem, although you may have to also change the power supply if the one that comes with it doesn't have enough power or the Right connections.
