Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Unfortunately Netopia have never been the best at updating their drivers when a new operating system comes out. Your best bet would be to connect it through ethernet if you are determined to keep that particular router.

If I were you though I would see if you could get that router replaced. At this point it is quiet old and you could benefit from a new one.

If you contact Eircom and claim your router is not working they will generally send out a new one free of charge.

All correct points, good post Issac. Unfortunately I can see Eircom saying no becase of something like "we don't support Windows 7" or because it's still in "beta".

Thanks Isaac, rang eircom and they told me the XP driver should work but it dosent, have it connected through the ethernet atm but as it has just the one port means my Wireless AP is down.
In fairness to eircom they say they will replace my old 3341 for the latest one

you are far better off using the ethernet port than the USB one

ethernet needs no special drivers and security software and firewalls are more effective on it ,

Only use USB if all else fails.,
