Hi,
does anyone know where I can get a really (!) cheap secondhand bycicle in Carlow or around Carlow?

you could try Coleman's, they're in town. Down Brown St (I think that's the street name)
There's a place in Arles that sold bikes (don't know if he's still there)
And there's Johnny Clarke in Tullow know does repair, I'm not sure if he still does sales.

Other options include, adverts.ie, buy and sell or your Local Trader.

That's the only one I could find in Carlow under €100 on adverts

the guy in arles is stil there, and he can knock you up a bike out of bits he has, at a good price got 4 bikes off him before.

Yep you'd definitely get a cheap bike from Myron's in Arles.

both colemans and the guy in arles offer good deals on second hand bikes. got bikes from them when i was growing up

Yup, intrested to know also.
Is Colemans' the ondly original/traditional bike-shop in Carlow Town now?
I.e., the ondly one what does repairs? Or do Halfords do them?
And does that mean there are ondly the two in town?
I tried flogging my bike by PM to Annie IN Carlow but to no avail. Supose it is a Gents' Bike & I couldn't offer After-Care Sales Service!

I kno your looking out for a 2nd hand bike but you can get New ones in Halfords at knock down prices i bought a town bike last week with a €100 discount on it. So have a look in there you might grab a bargain
