Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Canon Battery Charger

    I left my charger for Canon EOS 500D in America, the battery pack is LP-E5
    Min 1000mAh 7.4Wh(Li-ion)

    Now my battery has run out... I haven't been able to find a charger or replacement battery anywhere in Cork.

    I could get the battery pack posted back to me by the end of the week, so if I could buy a replacement battery in Cork, then I would wait until it arrives. Alternatively, I could try to buy the charger, but I can't see that anywhere either. As a third option, I could get a battery grip? Saw that they had them in Argos today for €219, seemed a bit expensive.

    What do you think?

    Ebay - what about something like this
    I got one like it a few years ago and it charged quicker than the original...
