my solar panel grant offer has been withdrawn

    I seem to have got my Acceptance of offer and Letter of offer in a twist (living in a building site, amature project manager (me) sales man pressure etc) and they have refused to pay grant of 1,488 because invoice predates Letter of grant offer by 3 weeks. It wasnt installed for 3 months.
    Help...

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that you probably have no comeback. in the T&C of the greener homes grant is the following:
    "9. The applicant must ensure grant approval is received before proceeding with any product purchase or installation work;"

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, another case I'm afraid of the BIG print giveth and the small print taketh away.

    I had the same problem. Not much to be done, just suck it up and move on.
