    anyone can recommend builders in galway

    looking to complete a new 4bed bungalow (windows/doors/plastering/plumbing/electrics/painting etc)

    and hoping that this recession means there are good deals to be had on professional tradesmen ?

    any forums on self building?

    does anyone have any figures at to what discount to expect nowadays compared to peak?

    i already have on builder lined up who showed some of his work, basically i hope to shop around and see who looks most promising (reliable and cheap too)
