Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    What's the most "thanks" you've gotten on the Random Photo post thread?
    I'm fairly sure I hit my best with this one (not 100% sure) 41 was the magic number.
    I would imagine Valentia/Pete/Covey* have like zillions!

    Over the last 12 weeks (from photo of the week), generally you will find that the "better" - read more liked photographs = more thanked, score high 40's however there have been a few which have gone into the 60's - they are few and far between (about 3 of the 12).

    As for me, at that rate of going I need to find about 50 more boardsie's that like my photography (I could be here for a long time) :D

    I have no idea. Had one that made post of the day a while back but I can't even remember what it was. Memory has nearly completely evaporated.

    No, AR, not childish at all...the forum equivalent of who's got the biggest c*ck (or t*ts, for the ladies :P). I can dig that. Personally, I have the online equivalent of a small c*ck as I only reached about 25 maybe once or twice.

    I have noticed though when a picture is posted has a major affect on the number of thumbs-ups it gets (aside from the quality of the actual pic). There are definitely good times and bad times to post with regard to thumbs-up quantities...

    Well I won't mention any names but I noticed some posters had their pics always posted near the top or top of a new page which also I would imagine greatly helps. ;)
    Mine were posted near the bottom so I can claim diplomatic immunity. :D

    Got the same impression.
    Thought I'd better be quite here, as not many people here like my pics. But was surprised to see there are some with more than 10 thanks. And this got even 15...:rolleyes:

    I get thanked for not posting a photo of my little girl. :confused: My two best are 49 for Charleville Castle (ahem... HDR) and 44 for an average shot of a Dozy Bumble Bee. Both won photo of the week btw. ;)

    Edit: Took me about half an hour with a Corduroy Anorack on to find those. :cool:

    just go into your cp and click on the stats tab. the option to see thanked posts is there.... but with you i think it will be an effort:)

    Brilliant photo. It's in my top 5 favourites of the year.


    I've counted a couple but it's very tiring on the eyes but counted one at 37 (post 136 on Thread xii, no good at clickylinkies). Think that's the most.
