How to put PES High Quality? PC

I can't update the game with new faces, kits, stadiums as it always crashes at the loading screen when I install kitserver. I found out the problem and it is the high quality, I can't set it to that as it doesn't match my video card's specifications, it says. I had it high quality before, but I had to reinstall it, help…
