Bali or Cebu?

Am getting a RTW ticket and will stop off in either Bali or Cebu... will only be for 3 or 4 days and by myself... any recommendations which is better? I'm not big into the whole tourist/backpacker/party thing, but would prefer somewhere really cool, and would do some SCUBA or fishing or something.
