I found out today that my employer has not been paying into my pension since 2007, even though he has continued to deduct my contribution weekly. I found this out from the construction workers…

Hi,

Where do I go from here? What are my entitlements?

Make sure your facts are right. Consider contacting the Pensions Board if you have given your employer every chance to rectify. Have a look here:
