    Thought this one might be for any musos on the board (apols for posting it here and in the musicians board)...singer-songwriter Nerina Pallot is inviting musicians to open her set in London's ICA venue in October. People have to post a cover version of one of her songs on Youtube to be in with a shot.

    Seventeen dates in the UK and not coming here? Pity. I saw her the last time and she was very good, although it was moved from the Olympia to the Village when MCD were a little over-ambitious in estimating her fanbase.
