I first discovered this place in Spain. They do the most amazing falafels and have a delicious salad bar. You can get the falafels in a pitta if you want, or on their own with the salad. They do amazing potato chips as well.

I've been to one in London (in Soho) as well, but I think they should come to Ireland! I'd say they would do really well judging by the masses of people queuing at the falafel stalls at the Dun Laoghaire Festival of World Cultures!

I am thinking if I remember correctly there may be a falafel stall on Saturdays at that organic food market in front of the Gallery of Photography in Temple Bar??

I had a dream after writing this that a Maoz opened in Dublin. Woke up rather disappointed!

I go there fairly often, and I've never seen a falafel stand.
