I took that class (Strange Creatures?) and only needed a chapter or two if I remember correctly. Best to photocopy if you can.
Granted the class may have changed in the last couple of years...

Cheers for that. Can I ask you how you found that module? I'm taking it as a rogue module so it's a totally new dept for me.

I loved every second of it. It's exactly the kind of thing I'm into. Having said that, there are people who didn't like it at all. Each to their own.

If it hasn't changed, you'll have one essay in which you'll use a chapter or two from that book, and other bits and pieces you might find in the library. And the second essay will be a choice of three, based on the other three texts you'll look at in class. That's it. No exams. The lecturer is very easy going, I often found the class a great wind-down. You can get a bit more info at this link: http://ancientclassics.nuim.ie/sites/ancientclassics.nuim.ie/files/images/GRC%20%20BA.pdf, pages 4-5. Also every time I've talked to that lecturer he's been incredibly helpful, great suggestions and often pointed me towards aspects I hadn't considered, or books that might be useful, so if you're feeling stuck with either essay, go talk to him, ask him what he thinks of your approach.

That's great thanks a million, sounds exactly the same as per the module description on the dept page, it's a help that the lecturer is approachable also. Thanks again :)
