Going into first year.. how do we get our booklist?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,764 ✭✭✭mickstupp

Sometimes you get given them in the first class. Sometimes they're on the individual department websites, often in a thing called a handbook. They sometimes stick them up there in PDF form.

Don't go running off to buy things straightaway though. Some books you won't need as they'll be in the library, or in various places on the internet. You can photocopy what you want in the library, or scan everything to a USB drive for free.
