I saw the thread on the new Ruby card and I came accross Neteller website in a google search, i'm looking for an alternative to using my laser and credit cards online (security reasons) and a 'top up' type card seems ideal to me, leaving aside that neither of these will benefit me when buying flights onlline (will use it mostly for cinema tickets, music, memory cards etc) has anyone signed up to Neteller and is it reliable? It seems to me the only charge is 1.75% to load money into the account or am i missing something... Any advice/info would be appreciated as i'm totally new to online debit cards.
