What colour Cloth

    Guys whats the best colour for a pool table,been looking at buying a secondhand table but it needs to be recovered.The table was in a club for a few years and has a wine colour on it.Been thinking of blue,but the guy i am buying off reckons black!Any suggestions welcome.

    I'd go for blue personally for a pool table, especially for american pool/spots & stripes.

    Get rid of that wine colour ASAP. :)

    Black is a real f00ker to keep clean; All the chalk really shows up a lot, needs constant brushing;

    What colour is the wooden frame on the table?

    defo blue for the pool table easy on the eyes and that.

    Thanks for the replys guys,been gearing towards the blue alright,the table is a vegas american pool table,Wood colour is dark like a cherrywood or walnut

    All depends on the space you have available; if you vave the 19*15 room go for the full size 9ft table IMO;

    Think on the cloth if you go for blue go for a royal blue cause a dark blue would be too dark with the colour of the frame;

    So when are you inviting us around for the session to break in the table?

    Im in the same boat but i was wondering aswell, how much does recovering a table cost?
