What are the cider extract kits like? I have one, plan to brew it tomorrow with a kg of table sugar, primary ferment for about a week then secondary ferment for about a week. Then ill leave it in the bottles for a few weeks before trying it. Plan on making it about 7% so ill add more sugar if I need to. What can I expect?…

Read about making cider from just supermarket applejuice, is it better than extract kits? also whats the advantage of using glass carboys over normal 5 gallon plastic fermenting bins?
