Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

With Open Office you can edit/save Word 2007 files.

As for getting Word itself for free, other than having a very generous person buy/give it to you or using the trial version for 60 days, it can't (legally) be done.

Openoffice and google docs are ideal for the average user, I can't think of any reason why you'd want to pay money for Word anymore when those two are out there for free.
