    Speed test of broadband my download speed is 2.52 mb/s and upload 0.27 mb/s is this crap or good

    That is fine so long as you paying for no more then 3meg broadband.

    Dont download stuff just like to watch iplayer and sports online keeps buffering and rte radio is always reloading

    If you have a 3MB connection Hootanany them speeds are fine.

    well your speeds might be ok or look good when measured on speedtest.net but your actual download speed could be affected by contention or throttling by your isp so you appear to have a good 2.5mbps speed but only get 10kbps when downloading files.
