Dubai Property Debacle

    Folks with more than a passing interest in the present state of the Dubai property market might like to read up on the emerging story of one Atena Yazdi, a lady with a very significant investment portfolio in that part of the world.
    It won't bring a lot of comfort but it's part of the picture nevertheless and indicative of gathering storms.
    Interested to hear observations.
    Haven't got the link at the moment but it'll be found on a Google trawl.

    will be interesting to see if NAMA has to take over loans on dubai property , the place is rotten with corruption and many irish have lost thousands , contract agreements are not worth the paper they are printed on in a sham democrocy like dubai , the place is saudi arabia with a glossy pr department , a hell hole of the highest order
